they.engineer

My name is Teya Dzyuba.

I started my professional career in 2005 as a software developer and algorithm engineer. Along the years I held various management and leadership positions across engineering and product. I worked in both B2C and B2B, big corporations and startups. My domain experience includes game development, automotive, embedded development, cloud technologies, IoT, and applied robotics. My years with Google and TomTom were the most defining experiences that shaped me as a software engineer and a leader.

In 2022 I decided to pause my corporate career to focus on my two passions: developing leaders (they.coach) and developing software products (they.engineer) that make the world a slightly better place.

Loopback - Meeting Notes for Busy People is the first product offered by they.engineer.

Loopback originated as a tool I developed for my own use. Many of my days are booked back to back.  And no memory is good enough to keep up with the relevant data reaching us during all our meetings. I was searching for a note taking tool that allows me to take and review notes while I run from one meeting to another.

But I couldn’t find any that suits my needs, so I had to put a software developer hat on and write my own one.

My main optimization goal for Loopback is to be able to take the notes for my previous meeting and review the notes for the next one in these 2 minutes I run between the meetings.
