We believe very strongly in our customers’ right to privacy. We have no access to the data you decide to save in the Loopback (Meeting Notes for Busy People) app. Loopback doesn't transmit any of your data outside of your own devices and your iCloud storage associated with them.

If you decide to contact our customer service your contact information such as your email address, your name, and/or your phone number might become visible to us. Any information that you provide to us in the course of interacting with us is held in strict confidence. This includes your contact information, as well as any data that you supply to us in the course of a technical support interaction. Our customer records are not for sale or trade, and we will not disclose our customer data to any third party except as may be required by law. We will retain and use your contact information for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, and unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Crash Reports

We want to inform you that whenever you use Loopback, in a case of an error in the app a crash report might be generated and shared with us. The user is always asked before crash reports are sent. Crash reports are used to improve the stability and reliability of the app. This crash report may include information such as your device model, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app at the moment of the crash, the time and date of your use of the app, and other statistics.

Data Synchronisation

In order to synchronise your data between your own multiple devices that you specify through installing the Loopback app and enabling iCloud synchronisation on them, Loopback employs a synchronisation service based on the iCloud service, operated by Apple, Inc. Your data is stored on Apple’s servers, and is protected by Apple’s security and privacy policy.

Data stored on Apple’s servers as a result of your use of Loopback synchronisation is not filtered or monitored by us. We are not responsible for any content that is stored on Apple’s servers as a result of synchronisation. Your data is stored on Apple’s servers in such a way that it is associated specifically with your iCloud account, and it is not shared with any other iCloud or Loopback users.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
